In case no one mentioned it, The Five Farm cheese from Costco, it is 5 different English cheeses layered into one piece, yum.

You can buy over priced ones, easier just to make your own.

I made some at christmas with Pepperidge Farm frozen pastry and Jimmy Dean sage sausage. They were excellent and simple to make.
