Fred Meyer sells crumpets but they aren't very nice. A bit rubbery.

I'm in Toronto and can buy crumpets all year round from several supermarkets. Love them with grilled cheese in top. I can also buy several different types of Cadbury's chocolate bars...my fave is Coconut and Cashew.

Hi, so i know this question must have been asked a hundred times before (tried looking but the search wasn't working for me) but after spending the weekend in Tahoe and seeing bangers on the menu of every Scottish/Irish/British pub, I am craving bangers 'n mash. Has anyone found them here? Where do the pubs get their stock from?

Trader Joes, for Paddy's Day, they'll be gone by end of the week.

Costco, Wholefoods, Wegmans - They all have decent ones.

Any word on how they are this year? I bought some this weekend but they're in the freezer until Thursday

TJ?

I thought they were much better this year, bit more like in previous years. Getting a bit pricier though.

Yeah, sorry. Wrote that in a rush.

Last years were a bit thick skinned but I know you'd mentioned that hadn't always been the case. Fingers crossed these are a bit better, my toad in the hole depends on it!

Last night I had TJ Irish Bangers on the bbq with mash and bisto gravy and grilled broccoli. Delicious! Went back today and bought 4 more packs of the sausages for my freezer so i can treat myself once a month!

Someone told me Safeway has Brit bangers all year round. Not sure how nutritious they are though.

Tonights the night for my TJ sausages. Served over mash, inside a big Yorkshire, covered in onion gravy. Maybe even a splash of Hendos too
