Could anyone out there tell me which UK electrical appliances will work if one simply changes the plug. I know my new TV probably won't without a heap of step down transformers and possible frequency changers but are there any wortkh packing? Also is there anything else hard to find, or relatively expensive that one should take?

We need someone to tidy up the US part of the wiki so the pages are properly tagged. I'm going to work on bullying Bob in to doing it since he has little else to do and it's a job more suited to Saab drivers.
