UK Citizens visiting US

My parents (both retired) and 10 year old nephew will be visiting the US in July for 5 weeks, they were previously there for 4 weeks in February/ March. Can they still travel on the visa waiver program? I heard there was a 1 month limited on this? But just checked the INS website and it says 90 days!! Will they have any problems??

No problem. The regulations that would limit stays to 30 days aren't in effect yet,
and in any case INS has said that it wouldn't apply to visa waiver visitors.
