Talking Two I140's approved - which to use ofr AOS?

I have recently had my two I-140 applications approved (hip, hip, hooray!), one as an Alien of Exceptional Ability, the other Extraordinary Ability with a National Interest Waiver.

Does it make any differnce which I sumbit with my AOS, or do I send both, or will that confuse the INS?

I plan to take the same route.

Can you tell me at which Service Center you filed and how long it took from the
filing date until the aproval date for each of the petitions?

I have heard that NIW cases have a different time frame than Alien of Exceptional
Ability (EB-1) cases.

Was there any significant difference in the processing times for each of your 2
cases?

Also, can you give me some info about the strength and basis of your petitions?

Thanks Henry

As far as the I-485 processing time is concerned, there shouldn't be any difference
between which I-140 you use. Use the one that you can brag more about, probably the
Extraordinary ability EB-1-1.

I used Texas service center, filed in Dec 2001, both approval notices received within a week or so of each other, in July 2002.
