Using twitter should be an arrestable offence, if you ask me.

It'd be about 45% less annoying. Then we can get started on people who include you in their list of facebook game updates ...

The guy looks like a "muppet" - I believe that to be the preferred term in the British vernacular. Being so, isn't this overkill? Good to know our tax dollars are hard at work and tragedy was averted.
