Just worried I cannot recall if it automatically lets folk feed from my seed after I have watched the show!

Yes, any download is automatically seeded from you after you get it. In fact, if you DON'T reseed, you'll get penalties and eventually get banned. I think with TVChaos, it's at least two days for a single show and a week for a series.
What I do is seed for at least a week or two, but limit my upload speed to 25Kb/s. That way it doesn't affect my internet speed - I've had bog slowdowns if I leave it unlimited.

what about movies for DL I was a big mininova fan that shows how long its been since I DL anything!!

Personally, I don't D/L movies, I rent them from Redbox. I prefer the quality on my 65" TV and 7.2 surround system!
However, they tell me that a good site for that stuff is a certain bay where pirates can be found.
