Aye, gives the sauce a lovely tang...or a shot of whisky too isn't bad, especially if your using the sauce to bake something like lasagne or stuffed shells...

...turkey sandwiches usually does the trick for us bob..though i do like to throw all the dinner leftovers together ..mash em up and fry em to heat them up...lovely....the kids think it's gross..but it takes me back to when I was a kid...when you didn't have microwaves to heat up leftovers
