I have been calling the TSC for the last three months. And for the last three months, I have heard the standard "30-40 days processing time" for my I-129F. Well, tonight I called - for the first time in about a week - and I heard something different. It now states that it is "taking 90 - 120 days to process these types of cases." Hmm. . . well, we are now sitting on day #93. Hmmm . . . any ideas on what this might mean?

apart is almost unbearable.

we had a similar problem. But when we filed, we were told 30-40 days. we didn't
recieve anything until 112 days later so you can imagine the agony. at least they
have now updated their systems. we only wish they would get their times in order.
