TSC I-129F - lost forms? Help Please!

TSC I-129F - lost forms? Help Please!
Hi,
Hoping for feedback from anyone who knows the process for I129F for K1 at TSC.
Finally got through to speak to someone on the TSC infomation line yesterday. - USELESS!!!!!!!
All she could tell us was that our details were not on the system........
I asked whether it was unusual for it to be 18 DAYS from them receiving our I-129F to sending out the 1st NOA and cashing the check........................
She would not commit any opinion. I need to know where to go next - she said to KEEP WAITING....
Every account of TSC for I-129F recently have been issued 1st NOA in 2-5 days... I THINK THEY HAVE LOST IT!!!!!!!!
