the thing which he shouldn't have said was (Wood) admitted that he is, in a way, giving neighbors "the finger." - which most likely is going to be interpreted as obscenity and I think that's generally not protected under the 1st Amendment!
He ought to make a satellite dish in the same fashion which would have the backing of "OTARD" rules.
