Traveling back to England

Hello everyone

I have a question about visiting England and have been advised that this forum is really helpful.

Basically, I am a USC and my husband is British but has a Green Card here. Before we moved to America in October 2011 I had a spouse visa in England, a FLRM visa, we had been living in England for about 3 1/2 years. This visa ran out last month. We are intending to visit England in June of this year, will I be ok to travel to England? Do I have to remain outside of the UK for a period of time before re-entering or can I just enter as normal on the VWP?

Many thanks

Yes.

You can enter on the VWP. Your prior status is largely irrelevant now.

Thank you Ian, I thought that would be the case, just wanted to be certain :)

The VWP is for travel to the US, not the UK.
