I believe that the relaxations do NOT include those vaccinated by Astra zeneca vaccines

That was a fear, but seems to have been resolved, according to something I heard on the BBC.

Yes, I saw the following article in the Times that suggests Fauci/CDC will accept those vaccinated with AZ into the US - “Given we have a substantial amount of information on the AZ vaccine . . . I would predict it would not be a problem,” he said. Obviously not an absolute, but looks likely.

The whitehouse in their FAQs said they were following CDC guidance on which vaccines will be allowed. Peer reviewed trail data for AZ should be okay, but there is a big question mark on Chinese vaccines. Also, a large part of the world cannot even get any vaccine at all right now so this changes the nature of the ban rather than removes it. Also unclear about the Indian manufactured AZ that has already causes issues in the UK.

Finally, some European nations are doing odd combinations of vaccines or only one dose for some people, that will be complex to manage. I expect the US will require full vaccination no ifs or buts.

Not surprising given the ongoing lack of clarity, rumors now starting about a potential delay:
