Default Travel Insurance

My daughter and I are off to Blightly in a couple of weeks to visit family. I need to sort out some travel insurance and would welcome some suggestions for either companies or/and comparison sites.

I'm also pretty sure I saw a post recently about this along with a link and an explanation of the difference between primary and secondary medical coverage. I have searched the forums but cannot find the post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

We've used World Nomad a couple of times. I've posted that on previous threads, so search that and you may find the comment you were looking for.
In fact, you've just reminded me to go book some for our trip at the end of the week...thanks!

If you book through Travelocity they have travel insurance which, when I last used it about a year ago, excludes pre-existing conditions.

I've used Tin Leg travel insurance on a few occasions, their pricing seems to be quite reasonable. I've not made any claims, so I have no idea whether or not they're any good!

Thank you all for your replies.

I had another search and found the post I was looking for. It is here: http://britishexpats.com/forum/usa-5.../#post11295167. It's post # 82.

Now to sort out the insurance!
