Is running/Wants to run for President in 2008.
I've never heard of him before, but that's not surprising as he lives in, and 'governs', Iowa.

Don't know anything about him other than that he is a governor and he was on John Kerry's short list of running mates and potential cabinet members.
No one had heard of Clinton 2 years before he won--will be lots of Dems giving it a go.
