analytical and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both
oral and written. Must be detail-oriented with solid project management
skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
with internal and external associates. Demonstrated ability to work with
and lead a team. Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.Initial Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for creating clear and complete test cases
of varying complexity; executing tests; measuring expected and actual results;
and reporting status ensuring accurate coverage of requirements; business
rules; client-requested scenarios and problem resolution for SAP Applications,
in particular HR and Benefit modules. Create/execute test cases of varying
complexity which includes the analysis of document deliverables. Participate
in test case reviews for other team members to ensure adherence to standards
and ensures test case completeness. Prioritize ones own work in accordance
with management guidelines. Participate actively in Test Automation activities
where applicable, including the creation and execution. Anal
