I got an expression of interest! While it's not a specific job offer, it is sufficient for the I-140 so I can now instruct my attorney to submit - and, wrongly or rightly, we've paid for premium processing.
What's more, the wording in the letter gives some detail like proposed start date which would be unusual if they were simply going through the motions.
