Hi,

My wife (US citizen) and I (Non US citizen) are living in the UK and are about to
embark on the process of applying for a visa/green card for me to enter the US and
work there.

I'm a contract worker and for various reasons have not filed any tax returns in the
UK for the last 3 years.

My question is wether I will be required to produce any tax returns during my
application process.

Thx in advance A

Not that I know of, however your US citizen wife will have to have the previous 3
years of returns.
