Tax returns
Sorry if this Q has been answered previously...
I know that the for the I 134 they might not require copies of my USC fiancees tax returns, by according to the OF-167 document sent to u by the consular when applying for a K1 visa.. it states that for a 1 134 affadivat of support... they require notarised copies of his/her latest federal tax returns.. So, do the copies of the tax returns have to be notarised? If I have a photocopy and the copy of USC's tax returns, do both the photocopy and the copy have to be notarised? |
Re: Tax returns

Re: Tax returns
If the consulate tells you to do it, then you should do it.
