Tax returns

Sorry if this Q has been answered previously...

I know that the for the I 134 they might not require copies of my
USC fiancees tax returns, by according to the OF-167 document sent to u by the consular when applying for a K1 visa.. it states that for a 1 134 affadivat of support... they require notarised copies of his/her latest federal tax returns..

So, do the copies of the tax returns have to be notarised?

If I have a photocopy and the copy of USC's tax returns, do both the photocopy and the copy have to be notarised?

If the consulate tells you to do it, then you should do it.
