I have prepared copies of my last three year tax returns to present at my wifes I-130
interview along with the affidavit of support. Two things that I am not sure of;

1. Do they also need copies of the social security tax form or just the 1040?

2. Do the tax documents need to be notorized? In the information that accompanied
packet three there was no mention of it. Is it good to have it done just as a
precaution?

Thanks;

you dont need the tax forms to be notarized at all, the 1040 forms should be enough
if they state the income required on them, but if you can bring your W-2 forms as
well for those years its just that much more proof. also, recent paystubs and/or a
letter from the employer stating he has a current position etc.should be brought.
hope this helps
