Tax Advisor/Preparer Recommendation?

Hello,

I'm a UK citizen, green card holder (via marriage), Texas-resident (since 2017). My financial affairs aren't complicated, but I recently sold my UK property (owned for 20+ years), and have a small amount of consulting income earned in the UK as well as a regular income in the US. I need to get my affairs in order and need a tax adviser who can assist with my tax return preparation (I expect I'll need to file for an extension).

Does anybody have any recommendations, especially from recent experience?

Thanks

How did you do your taxes last year? Can't you take the same route?

What affairs do you need to get in order?

You say your finances aren't complex..so Turbo Tax perhaps?

As you'll need to file in the UK as a non-resident you may wish to use the same tax professional to handle both your UK and US tax returns.

The complication is the house sale and the monies received from that. I jointly filed with my wife last year but the property was still for sale.

I want professional advice so I don’t miss anything, even if it’s not complex. Going forward, I’ll be happy to do my own taxes.
