It Takes Three Weeks to Form a Habit Apparently
On a list of habits formed recently..the only ones that I have stuck to are;
Sitting here reading BE
Getting up late
Watching crap TV
Drinking more
Eating more
I planned to
run every day
eat five fruit or veg a day
write a journal
Whats your habit?..keep it clean!

If it makes you feel any better i'm off to join the gym now - 7 months later than i had planned - so rest assured that eventually you will get so bored that you'll get round to clearing up your to do list.

I planned never to move again let alone another 5000 miles back east......(total sum = 7 moves in 7 years)
I plan never to cry ''I want" but still can't break the habit.

Actually i think i'm ok not, but then again i've been sitting at the pc for the past 15 minutes.
When i got off the bike i genuinely thought that i was going to fall over, but i quickly regained my composure and still managed to look like a cool b*st*rd
