It should be very easy for you to set up a fax or phone indemnity with the bank so you can instruct them to make payments on your behalf.
They will be very cautious about sending funds if you are not sure of the correct routing codes or details as if the payment goes to incorrect details it is very expensive to recall and the cost would need to be met by you.
The recieving bank should supply you with the correct info.
