Actually it was in a restaurant in Barnes (? ). I seem to remember that standing on the tables was involved, and there was a lot of broken crockery which the waiters swept up with big brooms from time to time.

Does this mean solely the Bible? Can Holy Scripture include other Holy books from other faiths?

I didn't realise that not everyone knew that all unbelievers must carry a relict of an ancestor, upon which, to swear their oaths.

Barman says, Why did you do that?

South African replies - Glass's are so cheap in South Africa you never have to drink out of the same one twice.

Australian replies - We have so much sand for making glass's in Australia you never have to drink out of the same one twice.

English man downs his pint, takes out a gun and shoots the Australian and South African.

Barman says, Why did you do that?

Well we have so many f***ing Australians and South Africans in London, you never have to drink with the same ones twice.

Bah! Who needs 'holy scripture'? Swearing on penalty of perjury seems good enough for most purposes. Keeps it close to home...
