Supplies from home
 
Off to PDX in a little while to collect visitors from the mother land.

They are bringing among other goodies McVites chocolate digestive biccies. Be nice to see the visitors as well. :p

lol - MIL always brings some goodies....must admit I'm always like a kid wanting to know what's in her suitcase.....:)

:) I always 'request' my daughters bring Branston Pickle, Fruity sauce, Rowntrees' fruit gums, Mr Kiplings cherry bakewells and then Revels, Licorice Allsorts, Cadburys chocolate and British magazines like Hello and Reveal. They don't have any room left for clothes or make up for themselves. :rofl:

I tell them clothes are over rated anyway.....

Too true! And I can usually find Branston's if my husband feels like having ham and pickle....:)

I'm off to London in two weeks to stay with my son. We asked him if there's anything he wants me to bring over from the States... he looked a little puzzled and politely declined..:lol:

Our Jewel Osco has an english section, but its not very big.

Infact its more of a shelf than it is a section....

I don't have that problem now ! ...... I get the chance every week to nip up to Morleys in Yonkers NY, it gas an entire row of English stuff :thumbup:

My kids would have asked for Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo or any designer stuff thats a quarter of what it cost back there ;)
