Default Students on M-1 & F-1 may need to leave the county.

If classes are online then students will probably have to leave the country.

I can imagine that most colleges will be offering one in-person class or seminar per week to negate that concern.

I don't think that's going to work - the article suggests they may have to certify that the course is substantially being delivered other than online in order to satisfy ICE.

I'm fairly certain F-1 status requires so many credits in person vs. online. That'll be tricky to circumnavigate!

I wonder how much money these places will lose with the foreign students having to leave. I can't see many of them paying for the course online after being forced to leave the country probably with no route back in some cases. Here in UK they say 13 universities are facing serious problems the knock on effects on some of these uni towns could be devastating.

Harvard is suing ICE over this ruling.
