I've not seen any timing on this yet and I read a lot of weather news. Boring I know...the only thing they seem to be betting on is 'winter' that could be any winter between now and 2050.

Ah...that's good - cause I dont do storms (or earthquakes!!) First sign of either and Im on the next plane back to blighty!!

Just sent hasty email to fiance who lives Northern Cal and he said he'd seen this report and that it was "rubbish"...but guess he would say that....
