Have you heard the new Stereophonics album yet Manc? I've not got around to listening to it yet, but the missus seems to like it.

Seen them live, they have couple of good tunes but vastly overrated IMHO.

I'm not that hip anymore but my husband is still into music in a big way. He will now come to Target with me because they sell CDs by British groups really cheap, Kaiser Chiefs, Kasabian, Snow Patrol, Keane etc. etc. for $8.99 in the 'Breaking Out' section.

Yeah, some pretty good deals on bmg as well, if you can stand the annoying cd's you have to reject...Kasabian are pretty cool, and even heard them on the soap out here, so must have made it *lol*

It was the Pontiac G6 commercial (sorry - I'm an anorak!) - my ears pricked up as well !

I've noticed a few Brit bands on ads lately - Stereophonics and Stone Roses on quite a bit at the mo but my anorak skillls of remembering those commercials fails me!
