As many of you know, the consulate in China has completely halted issuance of all immigrant and K-1 visas. Nothing since August 1 and absolutely NO idea when issuance will begin again.

So, I call the consulate in GuangZhou just to check the status of my case and while I am on hold I am serenaded by some nice Muzak.

Good one, Tom. You know the adage that music calms the savage beast. GZ wants to 'set the mood' before they take to you. I wonder what followed 'Never My Love'? Maybe, 'Silence is Golden'? Hope there is some news soon.
