sss number...does it expire?
 
i had an sss number when my father petitioned me when i lived in the u.s. way back then though that petition has expired. but i've left and lived here in u.s. it has been about almost 30 yrs. now. i will be going back again to live there with my daughter through a petition from my eldest daughter. will i be given another one, please advice!!!!

No - you SSN never expires

You can check off on the DS-230 form when applying for the visa to be issued a replacement card.

I don't know, my Mom insists on calling AAA-AA or sometimes sticking an extra A, so it's AAAA.

Different type of rescue thing. :blink:

That's different. We always call it 'Triple A' so we don't get confused stuttering. :blink:
