Hi everyone,
I have duel nationality. English/Australian.
My husband has sent off his application for spouse visa.
We have been married for 11 years (second marriage) our children are grown up and at last its our turn to enjoy life and return to the country of my birth at long last.
The waiting time is shown as about 6 months does anyone know differently.
Will follow this chatline with interest.

I'm not sure that you are in the right forum. If you are English/ Australian then hasn't your husband applied for a British or an Australian visa? If this is the case this forum isn't the best place for you as it is for immigration to the US (not emmigration from the US).
