The answer to your question is not simple to answer in that the timeframe depends on the US Service Center you will be filing the I-130 with. We have an US/UK couple in just your situation and they are still waiting to hear from the service center 6 months later with no end in sight. All in all, figure on at least one year if you are a US citizen. Rita |
