SOLD!! to the man with a wallet full of money
YES!!! today we agreed a price on our home...Gentleman was driving by when he saw our for sale sign, drove round the block, came back called the realtor and came to look....
After some haggling and checking numbers we all finally agreed on a cash price....I am very, very happy.....
Its all action stations now...flights to be book...Yes!!! home in time for easter and the royal wedding....

Wills was out our town (Christchurch, NZ) the other day. Didn't want to take the kids into see him though (OH had to work), just in case there was another strong aftershock.
Figured that 4 children, one just 5wks old and it might be a bit of a nightmare trying to round them all up and keep them safe.
The girls (8 and 4) where so disappointed not to go and see a real prince. I did have to break it too my 4 yr old that he wouldn't have his crown on. She wasn't convinced that he was a prince without it.
Roll on the royal wedding. Lucky you.

Very nice! I'm hoping we will get lucky when we are ready to sell. House is still basically new and such. Enjoy your trip back!
