I was thinking the same thing. :)

I am also incapable of writing the date correctly in (US) number format. it's like some kind of mental block but, really, when someone asks the date, how often do they mean the month?

Lol! I totally agree. It just frustrates me and makes my hand hurt

One of the most irritating forms is the UK passport renewal form which requires you to sign your name in a ridiculously small box.

FFS they are going to scan the damn thing in anyway and process the image - would it really kill them to give you a sensible sized space for the signature and then just resize it to whatever size they want.

I recently discovered (while on a trip to the UK) that it's become difficult for me to write the date in ROW format...

You should do that bit first. At least that way when your signature dares to touch or, God forbid, cross those lines, you've wasted nothing. I only learnt this after filling in the form and then signing outside the lines. Twice. :banghead:

Fortunately I learned that lesson a long time ago ... :sneaky:

I empathise, just done the insurance forms for our belongings to be shipped back. Took me four days of losing information on the computer, internet playing up etc. etc. but now they`re off and running!
