Default Skechers Lawsuit Part 2

I just came home to find a check for $68 from them. Not too shabby for just filling out an online form. I might spend it on cake.

Aye, the missus got a cheque for $35 a couple days ago.

We had totally forgot all about filling that form out

I think it's too late now the site says:
Please note the claims deadline was April 18, 2013 and claims can no longer be accepted. Claims postmarked after April 18, 2013 were not accepted.

Now I don't go in for fads like this, I am especially suspicious of the type of overblown claims that were made. While Sketchers should be punished, I don't think you lot should get money back, you are all big enoufgh and daft enough to have heard of, "buyer beware".

I got a check today myself, for eight bucks and change, from AMEX, my share of a fees settlement; the odd thing is that it was a corporate card and I didn't pay the fees, it was a long time ago and the company is defunct so... I have been taking a good look to make sure it isn't a scam, the type where in depositing the check, you commit to buying something every month o9f the year.
