SIMS in Europe/UK

Used GiffGaff last year for cell phone in the UK.

Anyone know of a SIM that will work in the UK and also Europe? (Germany and Switzerland)

Bought where? '3' in the UK have some free Europe roaming IIRC.

After 15th December 2015, roaming charges will be banned within Europe, due to an EU law.
I suspect not much use to you, but maybe helpful for others, so thought I would post it here, in case the thread gets searched later.
