I don't like the thick American pancakes.....love them thin and crispy like the French crepes, with a sprinkling of sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Yum! :thumbup:

I made American style pancakes this morning, made the error of thinking that they would go well with lemon and sugar :thumbdown:
