should i be worry or not?

good morning everybody,
i have my visa interview coming up soon at US embassy,i'm applyng for a green card based on marriage with US citizen.the problem is, that wheni went last time in US with my turist visa i start working very shortly after i arrived in US,exactly within 30 days.i already completed the forms with working dates, and i'm waiting the final interview.can i be accused of fraud if the embassy applyes 30/60 days rule?what are my chances?is or was anybody in this situation?

Re: should i be worry or not?

There is no rule in INS regulations that permits you to work illegally in the US after a said number of days. If you worked without INS permission (EAD Card) and valid social security number, you worked illegally ... period end of sentence.

Usually the INS forgives this type of behavior if you are married to a US Citizen. However, you are apparently dealing with the US Consulate in your country and not the INS. Don't know what their take on this will be.
