I shop in Miami and I always go South Beach direction - Collins Ave up to Lincoln Road (lots of gorgeous, expensive boutiques) and the Bal Harbour Shops which are quite upmarket, then nip up to 192nd to Aventura Mall which has all the normal shops. My OH likes Mexx, Kenneth Cole and the Gap. Tommy Bahama has the usual flowery mens cheesy shirts but that shop sure smells good! Abercrombie & Fitch have great jeans and Ralph Lauren have beautiful shirts (RL you can find in good dept stores).
I wear jeans in the winter and quite a bit this summer as we've had a pretty cool one here in Cayman.

Aventura and Bal Harbour look great, thanks.

Do you know of any more open shopping areas? Malls can be a little stifling after a few hours.

Miracle Mile at Coral Gables and Coconut Grove are great areas too for dining and shopping.

Then after all that shopping, go for Sunday Champagne bruch at the Biltmore and get a cab to the airport.

The Falls or Sunset Place, but they are further south.
