That is a pain about buying online, but I confess I got a little desperate at the lack available locally and ordered 6 pairs in one go from endless (2 different sizes, 3 styles), I think I got one pair that fitted out of all that. They do deliver the next day, which helps slightly I suppose.

Shoebuy.com is another good online store for kids shoes, I always look for the online coupons to use also, and they e-mail coupons after purchase, saving up to 25% and sometimes more. Free shipping and returns
Edit to add: They have Clarks also!!!

try them out in stores first, then get online for cheaper...

Have you looked at http://littlemonkeytoes.com/index.asp cheaper than zappos and piperlime, who I also love especially the free shipping. They have really cute european shoes and sandals and shipping is pretty reasonable.
I have ordered from them for Dd and they came fast.

oh and if your looking for kids shoes, 0-8 yrs, Clarks if you ask have book of coupons for $5 off shoes valid till end of May...and they have some cute ones.
