Shipping stuff from overseas to US..?

Shipping stuff from overseas to US..?
Does anybody know a way to ship my wife's stuff (furniture mostly) from overseas to US? do i need to be aware of anything? do i have to pay duty etc? and how much do you think it might cost us to do that?

Deliver USA (based in Maryland) is what Ken used to ship his personal
effects over----they are excellent and with reasonable rates.
