Shipping large items???
 

Hi there. Anyone know how / if you can ship single large items back from the US to England. For example, a bed. If so, how do you go about it, and roughly how much am I looking at spending for a queen sized bed to be shipped?

Sorry for the lack of response. Are you sending anything else or would it just be the bed? Most discussions on here are about people moving all of their stuff back to the UK. Even so, if you search for the shipping or moving threads on here you'll find loads of company names suggested and you could try getting a quote from them (most let you submit the details online). I personally have no idea how much it would be just for a bed, I'm afraid.

I appreciate your reply. I will get in touch with a couple of companies and try to get a quote. I just have a zillion and one things to do, and thought that if someone had any idea, it would save me a little time.
