Default Shipping air cargo

Hi there,

Myself and my wife are heading back to the UK early June from Toronto to Gatwick after 4 1/2 years in Canada.

We are shipping most of our belongings by sea but are going to air cargo 5 boxes to Gatwick via Air Transat cargo.

Does anyone know that the process is for customs. Do I have to use a broker at the other end, what forms to fill out? Air Transat cargo could not supply the information.

Any help would be really helpful.

Cheers,
Richard
