Hi All,

As a (soon to be GC) holder I am looking to establish a company in the USA. Are there any threads that someone could direct me to, where the process for establishing a company in the US are discussed?

(not being lazy - I have looked, but couldn't find any so far)

There's a few, but basically each state has different requirements, so best off searching what your state requires.

There are a few good ones going over the merits of the tax benefits to being a particular type of company over another such as S-Corp etc.

Local chamber of commerce is also another good spot to start probably.

I am in SC. Do you have any of the links to the general ones that you referred to? Just want to get a general understanding first of all about the options available and then get into the State specifics after that.

Just use the advanced search up above and highlight the US forums, search out "companies, corporations" stuff like that should do it.
