Sept 10 Appt in Athens
DCF Timeline:
Married May 2, 2002
Submitted I-130 Aug 7, 2002
Submitted DS-230 part 1 as "prospective CRV" Aug 7, 2002
Consulate received I-130 Approval Aug 12, 2002
Consulate called Immigrant to set Appointment Aug 19, 2002
Medical (tba)
Interview Sept 10, 2002
Medicals must be taken 2-3 days *before* the Interview to allow for test results.
*Sigh* Extra visit to Athens now required as it's not cost effective to spend the extra time in the city. Also, Greek 2-3 days could be *anything*.
Barring any delays due to IBIS (consulate was NOT aware of any non-issuance of visas currently & didn't know what IBIS is) it appears that the Consulate will keep within their 1 1/2 month timeframe originally quoted to us.
