Well today my mum flew back home, Back to Ipswich. I think she just about had enough of living here, I know she did ! I'm very happy for her .. and jealous
Shell be better off over there after splitting up with my father and me and her started to butt heads anyway.


So its just me and the old man living here now. The good thing is that dad almost never comes home because he works so far away from home. I'm pretty much living here by myself now and taking care of the house and stuff.

I'm just thankful that i have a good friend and most importantly a descent job. They definitely make life a little easier !

Yes I'm renewing my passport at the moment. Once that's done ill be all set. Ill save my money until then

We haven't connected before, but ditto to what everyone else has already said. I know its tough to wave goodbye to your mum - and I was in my late 30s when I did it - can't imagine being in my teens!

All you old hens... He's 18 now, it's not the first time an 18yo has been on their own. I'm sure his Mom thinks he can handle it or she wouldn't have left.

Welcome to adulthood. Don't get fired and don't knock up some cutie and you'll do fine.

And eat some vegetables once in a while. Pot pies and Ramen are good too.

Yes that's completely true. I don't want to get the impression that she just left me here and didn't care. She wouldn't of left if she didn't think i was responsible enough to take care of myself.
