Default sending letter re: NOA on I-129F (K-3) - Chicago or Missouri?

I am resending our I-129F forms to INS.

We corrected the area where they ask for middle names, originally we put a slash (straight line) through it but have since heard that we will probably get an RFE letter because of this so we want to save time and effort by just resending the forms with NONE filled in the area plus they are typed now instead of handwritten like the first ones we sent.

So since we received our first NOA from Chicago, do we send these new forms to Chicago and wait for them to forward them to Missouri or should we send them straight to Missouri ourselves? and what address do we send it to if it is Missouri?

Thanks!

Susie,

Same same. The mailing address for the MSC is Chicago.

Are you saying you are going to send more forms and pay the fees again?
I-129F for K-3 goes to Chicago
The address is on the I-129F instructions on the INS website.

People have put slashes for the middle name without problems.
I wouldn't resend just because of that.
