Sending flowers to uk
Does anyone have recommendations for how to send flowers to the U.K? It's my Dad's 66th birthday today!

I've used Interflora in the past http://www.interflora.co.uk/ I was unable to process the order on-line with a US credit card (didn't like the US billing address) but they processed the order over the phone without any problems.

I send flowers to my sister every month using serenataflowers.com. Excellent service.

I've used Marks and Spencer's flower service in the past. Check the details carefully though because, for some bizarre reason, they use black ribbon or organza on some bouquets.

Excellent flowers and service - free box of milk chocolates too.
Once you have ordered the first time, they will send you emails with discount codes and you build up points that you can also use to get money off any future orders.

I use Moonpig for cards and you can add flowers. Have used them many times and are really reliable and the flowers/orchids were lovely. Also used NEXT when in the UK and was not impressed. Hope he has a lovely birthday

You know, I never thought of doing that because I assumed (it seems wrongly) that it would be tough getting them to accept a US credit card over the phone.
No problems then?

Re: Sending flowers to uk
I have been sending my sister flowers every month for about 7 years. Initially I used the local florists (and I tried them all!) but at some point, something would always happen, didn't get a delivery, very poor quality, oh it was a bank holiday, we forgot or no-body was home, which is rarely true as my little sis is bed bound and has 18 hour a day carers! I got tired of the excuses and have been using Serenata for a while now and have never been disappointed.
