Looks like the aye's have it ...

Generally speaking, the aye's have it most times ... which ever way the votes go!

Yes, the ayes can have it too. I suppose the ayes don't always have it ... the nayes can have it. I guess a draw in the votes would sort of mean the nayes have it if only because the ayes did not get a "simple majority up vote".
