I'm an avid reader of my local police blotter. As a result, I stay well away from Extended Stay America and even further away from Motel 6.

Sadly, any place that offers short term accommodation for cheap is likely to have a high incidence of crime. An Airbnb in a quiet neighborhood might be a better option if a low crime setting is a top priority.

Otherwise, consider a Glock and a German Shepherd.

"Corporate Housing" = high quality, rented accommodation usually minimum stay is 1 month and with a 1 month deposit. It's a very fast growing sector.

TIP - works great for visiting relatives My brother and his family visited me for almost a month, so I put them up there ... worked well for everyone!
